Who we are

This is the personal website of Dr. Hashim Iqbal Bawany, a cosmetic dentist who sees patients at two clinics in Karachi: Beverly Hills Clinic DHA, Above Ocean Supermart & Pharmacy, 2nd Floor, Main Saba Avenue, Phase 5, DHA, Karachi; and Beverly Hills Clinic Sharfabad, 15/36 BMCHS Road No. 03, Behind Medicare Hospital, Sharfabad, Karachi. What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number and country, and optionally your email address, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred clinic, day and time, and any message you write. To protect the form from abuse we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.

We do not ask for medical records, payment details or identity documents through this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your consultation, arrange or change your appointment, and answer your questions. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored securely on the server that hosts this website and are emailed to our clinic inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Access is limited to Dr. Hashim and the staff who arrange appointments.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a patient, we delete your request within 12 months. If you do become a patient, your information becomes part of your clinical record, which is kept as required for patient care.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details you submitted. Send your request by email and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our adverts work. These tools may set cookies and record pages visited and whether a booking form was sent or a WhatsApp or phone link was tapped.

We never send your name, phone number, email, the treatment you are interested in or any other health information to Google or Meta. We do not use your visit to show you personalised adverts about health. Visitors in the UK and Europe are asked for consent before any of these cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and the clinic website take you to services with their own privacy policies.

The information on this website is general and educational. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified dentist. Suitability for any treatment can only be decided after a clinical assessment. Treatment outcomes, timelines and the number of visits vary from patient to patient, and no specific result is guaranteed. Prices shown are a guide and are confirmed in writing at your consultation.

Before and after photographs, where shown, are of real patients who gave their consent and are not edited to change the clinical result. Individual results vary.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
